We called Mark from Amber out when we discovered an issue with our floor rafters, with a number being close to colapse. Mark responded quickly, inspecting and providing a quote. His team turned up on the date promised and we were delighted with them. Headed up by Ryan who is an absolutely first class carpenter – we loved his approach and the way he tackled the many issues he encountered. I am sure there were times he could have walked away. He is a superstar!

We would 100% recomend Mark, Ryan and the Amber Group - they are superb!

We have used the Amber Group twice now, once for plumbing and once for tiling and have been extremely impressed with their service. The quotation and booking was very smooth and professional. The prices quoted were reasonable. Our tiler went above and beyond to get the best out of our space and tiles, considering their placement and alignment with our current flooring and checked in with us throughout for our input and to explain why he recommended certain things. Extremely happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

From a call to the office, an appointment was arranged for the next day and a conveninet time for me. The engineer was on time, extremely pleasant and tried in vain to stop my tap from leaking. He ended up going away and finding a new one almost exactly the same, and replaced it all within the space of an hour. Couldnt fault the service. Excellent every time!

I cannot thank the Amber Group enough. They have given me my home back. After a recommendation I decided to go with Amber to complete a renovation on my flat after extensive damp damage from a leak from a flat above. They completed all the works (new bathroom, new floor throughout flat, re-plastering and redecorating) within the time frame they quoted (which is virtually unheard of!) They went above and beyond and there was clear attention to detail throughout every aspect of the works. Everything had to be replaced like for like as much as possible but even within that it felt like everything had been upgraded. I trusted them completely and ended up moving out for the whole time, barely thought about the work as received regular updates and then a few weeks later moved into what felt like a brand new flat. So grateful to the whole team for making it a stress free process after living with the damp damage for almost two years.
