The level of service from the Personal Agent was excellent. Sue from the Personal Agent met us at short notice and showed us 3 properties, one of which we have now purchased.
The properties that we were shown were well suited to our needs and we are very pleased with the one that we purchased. During the purchasing process Sue remained in touch and worked alongside the solicitor to answer queries and progress the sale. Sue also helped recommended a mortgage advisor and solicitor, both of which we used to good effect as we had a quick and hassle-free purchasing experience.
We are grateful to Sue for her responsiveness and help, and we would certainly trust and recommend the Personal Agent. I am quite sure that we will use Personal Agent again in the future to sell or buy or both.

house the staff have always gone the extra mile, being proactive,

Now that we have finally exchanged contracts on the sale of my house, I felt I should write to thank The Personal Agent for all the help you have given me.
The Personal Agent have been professional, competent and helpful - in fact everything it says in your brochure.
I should like to pay particular tribute to Richard who has been brilliant all the way through.
The pictures he took of my house were better than anyone else's, he sent me the written details of my house to check through and make amendments, he doggedly set up viewings for me week after week and phoned me with feedback from each one until he finally found me a buyer.
He then kept me up to date weekly with what was going on, he phoned estate agents and solicitors up and down our long and unwieldy chain to make sure things were progressing satisfactorily, and finally he managed to get us to exchange of contracts and an agreed completion date.
