The whole process was not the easiest but I have never seen an agent work as fast hard or efficient as Stacey. Her intentions were always good and I know that she was trying her best to help me. At many stages it seemed as if it was going to fall through due to my house not completing in time but Stacey did a fabulous job at holding together. I really don’t know how to thank her enough. I have already recommended one of my friends to see Stacey as she now has a house that she is looking to rent out.

Who to choose? Someone professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest and must have integrity. I chose 'The Personal Agent'. Got a valuation, exactly what I thought. Now the timing. The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house.
