Now that the realisation we are homeowners (after a long 18 months!) has settled in we just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for all your hard work and persistence.
Your unflappable attitude and good humour meant we were never in doubt that you would find us a home and after two rocky starts with other properties the speed with which we completed was incredible! You kept us informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble for you.
The Personal Agent were the only agent in the area to ever get back to us on new properties and fully understand our requirements and we would have no hesitation in recommending them, and specifically you, to anyone who was looking to buy or sell in the area.

I have used several lettings & sales estate agents over the years but none have come close to being super efficient,friendly,and above all professional as The Personal Agents. I have found that other agents made me feel like I was just a number and had no time for me but
The Personal Agents changed that, they made me feel important and part of the whole process of looking for a new home.
in particular two members of staff Cheryl whom i first spoke to as a point of contact within the company and Joe who attended the viewing made me feel like there was no rush and also provided useful information. He arrived on time to show us around the premises( which is quite rare ) he was well presented, cheery and likeable. The process for me has been a pleasant one and although it is early days for me and I have not moved in to my new home yet, if it did all fall through tomorrow there would be no qualms in committing myself to The Personal Agents to help me again. I recommend to all landlords and tenants out there to use The Personal Agents with their needs.

The Agent was really helpful the day we went into the lettings shop. Stacey was very helpful in answering all our questions, let us viewing a few properties on the computer and we set up a viewing straight away. Stacey was prompt and on time for the viewing and let us have a few minutes alone ib the flat just to discuss privately. Again answered all questions honestly and we felt comfortable to except the flat the same day

I could not speak higher of the Personal Agent. They were fantastic in every aspect of the sale of our house. Richard came to do our valuation, and the enthusiasm he showed for our property was amazing (it made me wonder why I was selling-he made it sound so good) this and their local market knowledge are what gave me the confidence to choose them as my agent, They had my house on the market within 5 days, and the photographs and marketing material were fantastic/ My house sold within 2 week at the price I wanted to achieve. I had 3 offers to choose from, all from buyers in fantastic positions. I think the Personal Agent did a fantastic job of making sure that the right buyers were seeing our house there were no time wasters only keen buyers. I found everybody in the office to be extremely helpful, especially Tom, Joe & Chris. They answered all the questions I had with professionalism and ease. The sales management process was pain free and efficient; all hurdles were dealt with, with ease. We are now in our new home and couldn’t be happier! I think that the Personal Agent have done a great job throughout the whole of my house sale. I could not recommend them higher, and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work.

We dealt with Andrew of the Stoneleigh office, who from the start, his professional approach in appraising our property and efficient marketing was totally excellent throughout.
