Ges ran an amazing one to one coaching section for me in preparation for a speaking session at Olympia. It was such a fun packed hour and we covered such a lot in a short amount of time. Ges immediately gave me reassurance and confidence. I walked away with some key pointers that I could remember and practice. I felt so confident standing up in front of 50 strangers at Olympia and that is all down to Ges and his techniques. I wish I had met Ges years ago!
