I just wanted to say thank you to the both of you for the work and effort that you both put into the purchase and sale of our house.
I think it is fair to say it was a very long drawn out process for lots of different reasons but we got there in the end.
Both your efforts to push things over the line were very much received and you made the difference.
We have settled well into Seaforth and hope to spend many happy years there. When the time is right to move on again, I shall give you a call!! Hopefully, you will want to deal with us again…..

Andrew, Richard and Rupert - We've not spoken before but just wanted to send a note to thank Tom and Carlo for their efforts whilst we were looking for a property in Epsom. A few weeks ago we had an offer accepted on 54 xxxxxx and are absolutely delighted with the professionalism that both Tom and Carlo showed every time we had any contact with them. They came across as knowledgeable about the local area, were enthusiastic about helping us find the right property, and kept us regularly updated with new properties that came on the market. In addition, always friendly, approachable and efficient.
We are now in the next stages of the house buying process working with Chris, and look forward to everything continuing to progress quickly and smoothly.

Now we have finally exchanged contracts, I would like to thank you for all the excellent work you did to secure a sale on our property. There are two other people who have been outstanding, firstly Emily at the Stoneleigh office who has been great all the way through, but I must say a very big thank you to Paul from the Stoneleigh office who went above and beyond when we lost our house on the first occasion. He really has been superb, and would you please pass on my thanks to them. I am immensely grateful to them both.
