Very professional and helpful. They get the outcomes - a sale at a good price on time and at a reasonable fee. Also friendly and helpful and "personal"!

They listened carefully to our expectations and were sending only relevant offers. Chris Shaw was active throughout the long and complicated process. Also very supportive in the critical moment.

I was very happy with the service I received from the Personal Agent. They were helpful and informative, and put themselves out to help whenever there was a problem. As often happens on the moving day pressures can build up on the timings and the money transfers etc. but all was calmly dealt with by the Personal Agent staff .
Thank you all for your help.

We had a fantastic experience with The Personal Agent, Stoneleigh Broadway - A somewhat unusual house sale from first viewing to completion in less than 1 month!
All staff we dealt with were extremely professional, patient and helpful in guiding us through the process as first time buyers. With very timely and clear communication at every step.
Thank you!

I have rented nearly 10 properties in about 7 years and dealing with estate agents has, to date, been difficult, costly and often time consuming. But The Personal Agent have been personable, and provided continuity of service which is greatly appreciated. Moving into a property advertised by them has been incredibly smooth.
