What can I say. Paul at Personal Agent in Stoneleigh was incredibly professional and dealt with the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of our new house. This was also through the stressful times of COVID. He was always at the end of a phone to answer any queries and was very knowledgable. If we ever had a leave of our senses and decided to move again there’s only one place we would go to again. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team any higher.

We originally planned to move back in 2018 and we had our house valued by a number of local agents . Our plans were put on hold until we decided to take the plunge this year. I remember the original visit carried out by yourselves and was struck, forgive the pun, by the personal treatment that we received compared to the others so I duly went along to your Stoneleigh Office for advice. We have been in our property for 25 years so we were lost on how to go about buying and selling. We had seen our dream home and put an offer in but until we had our home on the market the offer wasn't accepted (with heavy heart by the vendors). I then spoke to Andrew (Stoneleigh) who guided us through the initial stages and within a week the house was on the market. Then came LOCKDOWN due to Covid 19 and we thought that was that. Throughout the lockdown we received a telephone call from the Stoneleigh Office with updates even though there were was very little to update but those calls were very much appreciated. Once lockdown was lifted Dan was brilliant at arranging the viewings and also guiding us through the 'offer stage'.
We have found it frustrating about the lack of information we received about what stage we were at and what needed to be done, fairly common we understand, Cat has definately come into her own in this area. When she said she would chase something up,she did and let us know as soon as possible. That has been a great relief, Thank you to all the team at Stoneleigh.

The Personal Agent have found Tenants for my rental property for the last few years, they advertise the property and check references of potential tenants. Their service has always been professional and keep me up to date with legal changes with regard to letting a property. I’ve referred other people to them for their services as I’ve been so impressed over the years. The property has never been empty as they have always managed to source a tenant.
