My experience with the Personal Agent was really great - the team were knowledgeable and professional and replied to emails quickly. They coped well with the coronavirus pandemic. However, I would have preferred a heads up that there would be so many different people dealing with my purchase across the different stages. This wasn't an issue but took some getting used to!

Andrew, Cat and the rest of the team have been brilliant. We had a couple of setbacks on top of the pandemic and the team were very supportive throughout. They were even available throughout the whole of lockdown. I would definitely recommend Personal Agent when moving house.

Katie, Ria and Joe, who I have main dealings with, have been brilliant. When you have a query or a concern, they are very quick to reply.
My first tenant did not go well, but the team were there to guide me every step of the way.Now the team have found me a lovely family who are in the house and they have been fantastic tenants.
I am eternally greatful of all the work the team put in, to ensure that we as landlords as well as tenants are looked after properly. Thank you.I have been with them 3 years and have no regrets at all and they come highly recommended by me.

I have used The Personal Agent to manage my property for years now. They are a really helpful team and always answer and resolve any queries you have. Very recently had a huge problem with a leak in my property, Katie was outstanding, especially during the pandemic we are still going through. She was so professional, sorting out tradesmen, keeping the Tennant and myself informed throughout. She was truly outstanding and a credit to her team.

Restored my faith in estate agents. The Personal Agent were the first to respond to my initial enquiry about selling my property. They offered the lowest rate, and (as it turned out) the best experience. I dealt with about 4-5 different staff during the course of my sale, from the viewings through to sales progression, and I cannot fault any of them. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I would definitely involve them again in my next house move.

I wasn’t sure about selling the house just out of lockdown, having had 3 different valuations, but the John at Banstead reassured us that we would get our asking price and that it would sell quickly. Great photos and video were taken on Tuesday morning, we were online by Wednesday afternoon, 4 viewings booked by Wed evening, SOLD by first viewing on Thursday morning! Great job guys!
