When we put the house on the market we had 5 different agents value our house. They were all very good, however Richard from The Personal Agent impressed us most. Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.

We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent, Stoneleigh when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish. I don't think you could find better service anywhere.
