I would like to start saying I have almost never had good experiences with state agents. I find that they often lie, push you over and will put their interest over anything. I did not feel that this was the case with the people I encountered at The Personal Agent. Perhaps is a great thing that they seem to be local people selling within their area. So if you are looking for a human touch and an approachable team, this could be the place. I hope other big names will take example and change their ways.
