I never ended up purchasing through The Personal Agent but out of all the agents that I dealt with Paul was the most friendly and knowledgeable agent out of the lot he came across honest and whenever we wanted to view a property he had it arranged immediately a pleasure to deal with and would strongly recommend.

The team at Personal Agent have always been first class.
We have bought and sold several houses with them now.They have always provided good and honest advise.
Sales progress information is always spot on. They are great at making sure we have had genuine buyers and have been instrumental in closing the deals for us.Chris Shaw is one of the nicest guys that I have dealt with in my 20 + year carrier in the building industry.

Paul was great, but we did not have great communication in the beginning.. we had to call to check how views went, not the other way around! But that soon changed after we brought it to his attention. We are really grateful to Paul for selling our house despite the current market being so bad for selling houses.
