Since day 1 at The Personal Agent, Richard and his team in Epsom have been absolutely amazing. Helpful, supportive and available at anytime night or day. The communication and information received was swift and regular - always delivered with a smile! I can’t fault this team one bit. We were buying a property only without selling an existing one. The chain was fairly small but the vendors purchase was complex. Richard, was very transparent about what was going on and regular communication, having bought and sold many houses the level of communication and honesty was very refreshing.
