I’m in the process of purchasing a flat with The Personal Agent and my point of contact is Ren Pugh at the Epsom Branch. I have experienced great customer service from Ren. I’m really pleased with how she is handling matters for me. She demonstrates great care, provides good support and keeps me updated with any progress and developments.
When going through the challenges of purchasing a property having someone like Ren really helps and gives confidence and comfort. Thank you Ren for all your help, look forward to the completion of the purchase and to collecting the keys. Thank you

They don’t make restaurants like this anymore. Amazing food, wine, atmosphere and staff. Not super fancy if that’s what you are after but if you like proper Spanish food (not just tapas) and a great night out, this is the place.

Went for a walk around the grounds lovely venue. The library is good as is the museum upstairs 9can be reached via a small lift0.

There is a small but friendly café in the foyer area.

Love coming here makes a change from my usual noisy library in Epsom town.

Odd shaped building which does the best it can, I think. It has numerous rooms for all kinds of meetings and societies, plus a library and a cafe, which is better now its downstairs. The museum is upstairs and its ok for a quick visit but is a bit pedestrian.

Being brought up in Ewell, have used Bourne Hall many times over the years, from passing through during school days, meeting friends and in later years playing with our children. Clean and safe park, the water is fenced off securely and the children just love running around the park. They will get muddy and dirty, so be aware when getting back into the car! Ample parking available, payment is required so check the pay machines! Always bring some bread and nuts - the bread will be devoured by the swans, ducks, seagulls and ever present pigeons. The nuts, well, be careful, as you will be mugged by the ever increasing population of squirrels, they will take it out of your hands but not for the younger ones, they do have sharp teeth and claws!!! Mind you, the Canada geese and swans can give a nasty peck as well - not out of malice, only pure greed for the bread! For those venturing inside Bourne Hall, the museum gives a detailed history of the surroundings, very interesting if that floats your boat. The café will provide basic staples for refreshment but Ewell has many alternatives if you wish. Budding adventurers may wish to follow the stream down across the road and towards the old mill, now converted into offices but a decent walk over a sometimes rocky and muddy path. Resident kingfishers can be glimpsed but they are so fast it is difficult to catch a decent view. The path follows the river all the way down to Ewell Court Path, under the railway tunnel which is superb for echoes, much to the children's delight. A pleasant location to spend an afternoon, whether weekend or weekday.

Bourne hall is in the middle of Ewell, one side of the one way system. I came to the Christmas craft fair, which was nice with lots of ideas for presents. The library is fairly big and in the museum there is always something.interesting to see. The cafe is ok too and the park is right next door for a stroll. I would miss it if it weren't there.

It is a local hub of community activity, with dozens of clubs meeting in its numerous halls for everything from Bridge, to keep fit, art classes, dancing, craft fairs etc. It certainly is well used. The Library is also located here and has internet facilities. The local Museum is also here and considering the space and facilities here they do a good job with some small exhibitions varying through out the year. There are often art exhibitions in the foyer area, and a small cafe.
The toilets and halls are all a bit dated in there decor, but functional. It is not the cheapest hall hire but there are several of different sizes and varying facilities.
It is set in a good small park with a lake. Parking is good but when all the halls are being used it fills up easily.
I would use the halls for a club meet but not to get married in unless the budget was small.
It does look like a flying saucer from the outside, but I think that's fun. Maybe when the council has some spare money (probably never) it would consider modernising it.
