Great venue in Epsom, has the usual touring shows. Top tip... Keep an eye on their website and social accounts, we get many bigger artists and shows appearing last minute. Epsom Playhouse is used by comedians and producers to test new shows before they go on tour. You ofter only get a couple of days notice and they sell out fast. The rationale is that Epsom is an "out of London" audience, but near enough to get to... Also unlikely to have press critics and be noticed. Enjoy!

Thank goodness for the invention of The Sales Progressor! I cannot recommend Sarah Goddard highly enough. Without Sarah’s help in acting as go between and getting to the bottom of problems, we would certainly have lost the house we were buying. Sarah put the solicitors to shame by working at a 21st century pace against working practices from the Charles Dickens era. Thank you Sarah, we need more of you.

Great company who have made us feel at ease in buying our first property. Adam has been helping us along the way, he has been fantastic and made us feel very comfortable in the process, whether that be viewings, emails or over the phone.
First time buying can be a scary field as you are totally new to everything, but nothing has been to much for Adam. He has honestly answered all of our questions and queries to the best of his knowledge and if he doesnt know then he will simply just say he doesnt know and offer to find out for you.
The above alone has made the experience feel genuine and relaxed, as some estate agents can sometimes fill your head with jargon that you dont understand, where as with Adam we haven't felt this way at all.
