Andrew came to our house on a Wednesday to value it and by Friday had 16 viewings arranged for the Saturday.
Absolutely amazed at that as there was no time to take photos or advertise it.
Dan was dealing with us and gave an excellent service. Professional, communicative and really on the ball.
Suzi did the viewings and again she too was professional, friendly and we knew our house was in good hands.
We were offered asking price by a buyer with no chain on the Monday. Excellent!

Great experience at our recent property viewings with this agency and particularly with agent Chris Shaw. Chris was really professional from the beginning to the end of our visit. I was really impressed at how professional and knowledgeable about the property Chris was. We had all the necessary information provided and ALL our questions answered which has proven to be extremely rare in the current market..!
Most of the other estate agencies / agents we dealt with lately would tell us from the start that they had no knowledge about the properties they’re showing and were only appointed to replace one of their colleagues to do the viewing which was frustrating and a waste of time..
