We needed a rental quickly due to escape of water in our house and Bradley responded straight away with 2 viewings , one the next day .. we met him , saw the property and said yes . “ you should be in in a week and a half “ I’d never believed it would happen so quickly but 10 days later we had the keys . Chris Sweby has maintained good contact and updates with me. He arranged, and carried out viewings efficiently.
My main dissatisfaction is a lack of communication regarding instructions to contractors. I was not informed of visits by electrician and gas engineer. As a single elderly woman this is unsatisfactory.
The energy performance contractor contacted me but I hadn’t been advised to expect this or given a contact name. Finally I requested no board to be put up but this has been ignored. Communication between members of the team has let you down.
