Sarah West of the Banstead branch was very helpful in quickly arranging a viewing of a house. At that viewing, she was friendly and professional, answering all of my queries. I also didn’t feel rushed as enough time was allowed to view the house properly, something that a lot of other agents don’t do.

We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Will definitely be going to them when selling again
