Telephone answered by a human and not only that an efficient polite one! Called this morning telephone answered swiftly both times, two appointments tomorrow and an offer of trying to get one today. You get what you pay for, not the cheapest, but in our view, having used many times, the best.

Response to the problem was quick and the staff did their best to adjust to my availability.
Once they came to fix the problem, they had to first collect replacements parts, hence they returned two days afterwards.
Personally, I'm happy with the service and both Andy and his senior staff (whose name I didn't catch, I apologise) worked well and we're very nice. Thumbs up to both :)

Have some great shops, however the place isn’t very lively and there are a lot better places to shop that are only a 20 minute train ride away, defo work traveling further for more choices
