I was shown the property by Rosie Fraser, one of the viewing negotiators. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable in the property, giving me time and space to look around and get a true feel for the house, but was never too far away so I could ask any questions.
Rosie’s initial introduction was so informative, I felt well briefed and able to understand the history of any renovations or changes made by the vendors.
However she was also able to answer any queries I did raise about the garden and the possibility of a garage.
She had some great suggestions that I hadn’t thought of so I really valued her input!
Rosie is genuinely interested in helping potential buyers have the best experience in the home so they can make an informed decision. She is enthusiastic and cheerful and just has a lovely way of putting you at ease. I never felt rushed or pressurised and she made sure I knew I could contact her with any other questions and could happily arrange another visit.

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences over the years with Estate Agents, but The Personal Agent in Epsom has definitely bucked that trend.
My mother recently sold her bungalow through them: it’s not been an easy sale but the staff there have been first class, especially Sarah Goddard in their sales progression department and Ray Steward, another member of staff. Always friendly , willing to help and both have kept us fully informed of the sale progression.
