Due to my wife's work, we have been moving around the country in recent years. Renting can be a challenge, and this was certainly the case in both Portsmouth and in Bristol. Some letting agents and their landlords are not at all helpful. More recently we have rented in Epsom through The Personal Agent. They are such accommodating and delightful people. For us, it makes a nice change not to have to put up with problems within a property that are easily fixable. Charlotte, the property manager at The Personal Agent, has been very supportive and caring.
