Phone was answered by a Human!! unfortunately the number detailed on the payment page is actually the number for the claims department so I ended up being transferred to the correct department where Dan was helpful in advising what would be needed to get my policy application accepted and up and running. Having spent a year with Aviva and the infuriating dialogue with a BOT its great to find an insurance provider with a human to speak with.

Adam Latter communicated swiftly and efficiently by email and arranged a viewing within hours of my request. He turned out in the pouring rain and was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My first 2 contacts were with Bradley Snape, Lettings Manager who was also really helpful. Whilst we weren't needing any help with lettings at that time he pointed us in the right direction and made sure things happened. He was really friendly over Xmas when we popped in and then picked up emails and got everything moving. Great teamwork between the 2 offices. Highly recommend.
