Our experience with The Personal Agent was very good. We were trying to sell our property via another agent for quite some time and weren't successful. We switched and from day 1 we were happy with service from marketing the property via professional photography, communication, progress updates, number of viewings and their prompt responses. They are really experienced professionals and know their job very well. Special mention to Chris Shaw and Sarah Goddard. Sarah was extremely helpful, patient and was easily reachable post the offer acceptance stage all the way to completion keeping us updated at all times.
