I attended a 1 day workshop on public speaking with Ges yesterday. Safe to say that before the event, I was absolutely dreading it. Much to my surprise I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Ges made everyone feel so at ease, quickly gaining the groups trust and building individual’s confidence to try out the new techniques learnt in a safe / collaborative environment. I got such a lot out of the day, and am (almost) looking forward to my next work presentation!!
