I cannot recommend Personal Agent, Stoneleigh enough. They were brilliant through out the whole process, extremely professional, proactive, empathetic, knowledgeable and highly personable. Our transaction was a particularly long one and complex but they were with us all the way - they listened to us, advised and helped us enormously. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us moved. We really did receive a personal service. I would only recommend one estate agent out there and that is Personal Agent. Don't go anywhere else!

Having had dreadful service from a country-wide estate agent who appeared not to care about my property it was wonderful to come to The Personal Agent who took th time and trouble to get to know me and to care about my sale. The photos they took were excellent as was the whole description and marketing. I was informd of all viewings and got an offer which I accepted within seven days . During the sale process I was kept fully informed of what was happening. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you.

Moving house is a daunting prospect and how do you choose an agent from the bewildering array that are available? That was my question but from the moment I met Chris and his team in The Personal Agent I knew I had made the right choice. They could not have been more helpful and supportive but without being pushy or intrusive. They were always available, always courteous and friendly and 'did the job' efficiently. I was very happy with the service I received from the Personal Agent.They were helpful and informative, and put themselves out to help whenever there was a problem. As often happens on the moving day pressures can build up on the timings and the money transfers etc. but all was calmly dealt with by the Personal Agent staff .
