I have just purchased a flat through the personal agent . When I visited the flat for the first time I was introduced to Tom Iddenden and he remained my contact throughout the process. Tom was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying and I felt he was honest and allowed me as long as I needed at the property. He was great with communications and answered every email almost immediately and always phoned me back, he also kept communications open between the seller and myself so we were both kept constantly updated. I couldn’t have had a better experience and recommend them 100%

Michelle Hobbs at The Personal Agent continues to be an excellent manager for our residential property in Epsom. We have received great service for more than 4 years now. Administration and communication are always timely and complete, she resolves issues quickly keeping both tenant and owners very happy. Her diligence led to her recently spotting a concern with a border wall during a regular inspection. She has been fantastic in delivering a solution, from helping find a builder, getting quotes, to liaising with neighbors it all went very smoothly thanks to her approach.
