That was my question but from the moment I met Chris and his team in The Personal Agent I knew I had made the right choice. They could not have been more helpful and supportive but without being pushy or intrusive. They were always available, always courteous and friendly and 'did the job' efficiently. What more could you ask?

I was very happy with the service I received from the Personal Agent.They were helpful and informative, and put themselves out to help whenever there was a problem. As often happens on the moving day pressures can build up on the timings and the money transfers etc. but all was calmly dealt with by the Personal Agent staff .

I have rented nearly 10 properties in about 7 years and dealing with estate agents has, to date, been difficult, costly and often time consuming. But The Personal Agent have been personable, and provided continuity of service which is greatly appreciated. Moving into a property advertised by them has been incredibly smooth.
