Great team of agents, who have tried their very best to help us find a property that meets our needs. Pleasant, professional, hard working and fair. Dan (Daniel Bennett) and Luca (Luca Sarteur), have gone above and beyond to email me with properties I might be interested in or contact me on the phone. We have been quite particular about location and type of property and not the easiest clients, but this did not deter them, even in this busy period where there has been plenty of demand. Theo the Magician was the entertainment at my 60th Birthday Party and was a massive success. He mingled with the guest during drinks doing his brilliant close up magic and whilst guest were waiting to eat he was going around the tables doing more close up magic. I knew the party was going well when all I could hear was laughing and chatting and large part of this was down to Theo entertaining them with his magic. He was very easy to deal with and extremely flexible in his approach to our requirements. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants good entertainment. Rosie from Wimbledon

Theo was the entertainer at our grandson's 6th birthday party for about 25 children. He ran the whole 2 hours from start to finish, all we had to do was lay on the food - he even lined up the children and marched them to the table. This made for an enjoyable and stress free party for the organisers.
Theo held the children's attention throughout the two hours. He managed to keep in check the more boisterous ones (of which there were several), involve the shy ones and give a bit of special attention to the birthday boy. The party looked to be great fun and I think all the children enjoyed themselves, we had messages straightaway afterwards from a couple of parents saying that their children don't usually join in at parties but had done at this one, and several to say how much their children had enjoyed the party.
I would not hesitate to recommend Theo for a children's party.

Our six year old loves magic and we wanted to surprise her and find a magician for her birthday party. After looking for quite some time we came across Theo's site and after reading and watching a few videos we made our mind up that Theo was our man. We wouldn't have wanted anything more. Theo was early on the day and as the children arrived he caught there concentration with ease and from that moment on during the party Theo was magic in every sense. The children had so much fun, and grown ups too the time just flew by. My daughter was so happy to have been Theo's magic assistant it really made her party.
The spinning plates are genius, it's good to see the children concentrating and having fun at the same time, which these days seems to be slipping away. We couldn't recommend Theo enough......a real professional with effortless timing.....a must for all birthdays....

Theo the Magician provided close up magic at my 50th birthday party. He thoroughly entertained and impressed all my guests, from teenage to adult. His magic is brilliant 👏 and he was a great ice breaker for the party, finishing on a wow factor birthday themed trick. I thoroughly recommend Theo :)
