Agent was punctual and pleasant without being overwhelming. The agent remained professional without being cold. This is a fine balancing act. Above all we were not patronised by the agent (as has often been the case before) by stating the obvious such as “here we have the kitchen” or worse still “of course you could knock this wall and open this up and put an extension on the back and a lift conversion on the roof” grrrrr

Rosie was fabulous at our viewing!! Really friendly and answered all our questions with ease.
Her knowledge on the property was fab, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info we needed. She even followed up with us straight away to drop her an email with any more questions we might have (as we had a lot of Q’s!)😂
