We went to watch Luther artist Harry Cambridge. Not the easiest place to ask about accessibility or to purchase wheelchair accessible tickets. We arrived on a very hot day and had to queue for quite a while for drinks. The venue itself is clean and reasonably accessible. The staff are volunteers who did their best. We had a slight issue with fitting my wheelchair in. And later an invited guest caused issues which staff seemed ill equipped to deal with. The venue gets very hot in summer which I assume repeat visitors are aware of judging from the amount of fans being used by half the audience. The rest of us struggled a bit. The show was absolutely brilliant so that made up for any small niggles.

I have just sold my property through Personal Agent. The sales progression was dealt with by Sarah Goddard who was amazing. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and explained any developments which I was unsure about me. She was always available either by email or telephone and if she was off she gave me another point of contact. Moving is a very stressful time but with Sarah̢۪s excellent communication skills she made the whole experience a very positive one. I am so pleased that she will be dealing with my purchase too!
