I have been looking for a property to rent for some time and have been quite disappointed in a lot of the estate agents I’ve dealt with, they all seem to be quite rude and unhelpful. Callum at the personal agent was the complete opposite, he was super friendly, positive and helpful. He gave a lovely informative viewing and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the property wasn’t quite right for what we were looking for but Callum was great and I couldn’t fault him!

Epsom letting agent Sameer Jamani showed us round a rental property. He arranged a viewing last minute for us, was prompt, very friendly and answered all our questions in detail. I don't know who Ashley is but on the basis of today's visit I wish I had stayed away from his Centre and remained in the Ashley Suburbs or the Ashley Environs. Or better still I think I'll stay away from the metropolitan area of Ashley altogether.
Half the shops have names I have never heard of like The Muffin Company and Uncle Kenneth's Walrus Emporium.
I think maybe it's not the Ashley Centre that's the problem, it's Epsom. Like an Austin Allegro, it was great when it was first built, but it looks very shabby and dated now.
