Every unforeseen obstacle that our buyers’ solicitor was able to conjure up was taken, by Cuff & Gough, in their stride and we were pleasantly surprised on completion that the very reasonable fee that we were quoted on commencement remained unchanged, despite the prolonged transaction. I believe that, without their support, this sale would have dragged on much longe We are so thankful that they represented us and could not have wished for a better service.
