Domestic Violence affects all the family. Sadly it may come to the point where the family have had to take spend time in a refuge to remove themselves from the danger.
But at some point they need to return to the community.
Sutton Womens Aid need volunteers to help them in taking this big step. They need both practical and emotional support during this time.
No experience is needed as full training will be given – this is 3 hours per week for 8 sessions.
The next training session starts on 20th September 2013.
