On Monday 4 March a new bus service will start between Epsom, Sutton and St Helier Hospitals. The H1 service has previously operated as a staff shuttle bus, but will now be opened up to other passengers. It will run Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from around 6.25am until 7.50pm (timetable (pdf)). There will only be two stops in Epsom & Ewell, at Epsom Hospital and on East Street at the stop by the Rainbow Leisure Centre, however further stops may be considered once the service is operational. It will be run by Quality Line Buses with the agreement of Transport for London.
