“Good Afternoon Rupert

Myself and my husband have recently sold (xxxx Way) and purchased (xxxx Drive) our new home through your branch in Ewell, and we have been so impressed with the team there that I wanted to drop you a line with some feedback on them.

From the start when we had various sales people visiting us valuing our home from different agencies, I cannot express how impressed we were with Chris and how he came across. We immediately felt we could trust Chris to give an accurate and honest opinion on our maisonette, and he definitely came across as the most genuine out of the bunch locally we had come by and value. I cannot commend this trait in personality enough as it definitely puts us off placing any business with a sales agent that does not come across as genuine!

Charlotte and Emma in the office we have also found to have excellent people skills, they gave the impression of being extremely good at their jobs, always on time and considerate whenever they booked any viewings in for people to view our property and also when we had viewings through yourself. I was at home on one occasion when Charlotte was showing a couple around and I have to say she had such a good way with people but yet trying to sell our home to the best she could, I was very impressed by how assertive she is. Our experience of other sales staff through other agencies have not even come close to The Personal Agents staff. In our opinion you blow xxxxxx/ xxxx and xxxx etc out of the water!

We were delighted when we eventually found our dream house and it was through yourselves! (xxxx Drive)…and our good experience continued as we were left in the very capable hands of Cat in the Epsom branch to keep track of our chain and completion dates. There were at least 8 in our chain so as you can imagine it was hard going at times!! Cat has also impressed us with her efficiency and was always happy to help at the end of the phone with any queries and chase ups. Our buyers solicitors were particularly slow and came up with a lot of questions right at the last minute, but Cat did whatever she could to chase this along and co-ordinate everyone. She remained professional throughout and again has excellent people skills.

The removal company that we also booked through yourselves we were again impressed with – there is not one broken item in our new house and the three lads that did the move were very accommodating and polite – again highly recommended.

We have been so impressed that we will definitely highly recommend any of our friends and family in the area to use your agency should they be wanting to move/buy.

Keep up the good work and I’m sure there will be more ThePersonalAgent boards around than Noon ones soon!
