Guide dogs are searching for helpers to make a difference to the lives of their blind owners.
The Guide Dogs for the Blind charity is looking for three Epsom residents to become volunteer free runners.
The volunteers would need to spare a couple of hours each week and enjoy walking.
They would meet with the guide dog and its owner once or twice each week, with the volunteer giving sighted assistance to the blind or partially sighted person while the dog is let off the lead for a run.
Volunteers will be given full training in sighted guiding and guide dog handling.
