4th October 2019

When you do your shopping this week please keep in mind the Foodbank - helping people in times of crisis.

The Foodbank provides local people with necessities, not luxuries. It allows people to collect the basic necessities they need to live.

This week 4th October the following items are needed:

I hope that you are all well. Looking at a grey sky it would seem that summer is over and Autumn is upon us. This means that it is Harvest Festival season and for us a time of increased donations. We have already collected several donations and I know that many more are to be collected over the next few weeks.

Hopefully we will be able to replenish our stocks with all the items we are running short of so our current wish list is for items that we are always running low on -

Tinned veg

Long life fruit juice

Long life sponge puddings

Tinned fruit

Instant mash

Small bags of sugar

Dried/powdered milk

UHT milk - Semi skimmed and full fat

Washing up liquid

Clothes washing powder/liquid

Chocolate, sweets, crisps etc

We also need heavy duty carrier bags/ bags for life.

Many thanks for your continued support
