When you do your shopping this week please keep in mind the Foodbank – helping people in times of crisis

The Foodbank provides local people with necessities, not luxuries. It allows people to collect the basic necessities they need to live.

This week 20th  September the following items are needed: 

We continue to be very busy and one of our centres needs a 34 crate delivery this week, which is a lot of food. As you know your continued support has always been appreciated but never as much as now.

Please see our current wish list below - (The items in bold are our most needed items)

Cereal - not porridge

Tinned veg

Tinned spaghetti

Long life fruit juice - very urgent

Long life sponge puddings

Fruit squash

Tinned fruit - very urgent

Instant mash

Noodles

Baby shampoo

Tinned meat pies

Tinned tomatoes

Small bags of sugar

Pasta sauce

Peanut butter/chocolate spread

Dried/powdered milk - very urgent

Custard

UHT milk - Semi skimmed and full fat

Shower gel

Shaving foam

Tea

Washing up liquid

Clothes washing powder/liquid

Chocolate, sweets, crisps etc

Nappies - size 6 only

Hair conditioner

Tinned fish

We also need heavy duty carrier bags/ bags for life.
