When you do your shopping this week please keep in mind the Foodbank – helping people in times of crisis

The Foodbank provides local people with necessities, not luxuries. It allows people to collect the basic necessities they need to live.

This week 3rd August the following items are needed: 

We have had a busy few weeks at our centres and whilst we still have a good stock of staple items, beans, tinned soup, pasta, loo rolls, we find we are in short supply of the following -


Dried rice/packet rice/instant rice - urgent

Cooking sauces - urgent

Sugar ( ideally small bags) - urgent

Longlife juice - urgent

Dried milk - urgent

Tinned meat pies - urgent

Tinned meat - urgent

Tinned veg - urgent

Packet soup/cuppa soup - urgent


Shaving foam

Ketchup/brown sauce

Honey/jam/peanut butter/chocolate spread

Tinned Fish

Washing up liquid


Tinned spaghetti


Dog food

We DO NOT need any toilet rolls and we still have a good stock of baked beans, tinned soup and dried pasta .
