The Personal Agent have recently launched The Personal Agent’s Stamp Duty Calculator App. If you’re looking to buy a home or property in the area and would like a quick and easy way of working out how much Stamp Duty Land Tax you’ll have to pay under the new legislation, then download their free and easy to use Stamp Duty Calculator from the App Store.
This App makes calculating the amount of tax you’ll need to pay convenient for when you’re out viewing properties or find yourself without an internet connection. The new rules, introduced in December 2014, work on the basis of charging you different amounts based on which band the price of your home falls into.
