Origin Construction has just completed a loft conversion for us. The team were polite, pleasant and very friendly. Steve is a very experienced professional builder who has wealth of knowledge. He kept us informed throughout the project and we had a very good communication with him. The work was completed to a good quality to the agreed cost. Our roof looks fantastic, although some stages of work has taken longer than expected, the end result is something we're proud of and grateful for.

Amazing experience with the Origin team. They have completed an extension to our home giving us a large family room - new utility room and a modernised office. I was there during the works and it was great watching them. Really really friendly team who took great care with our belongings and home. Their attention to detail is amazing and the results are outstanding. Steve is a great chap with extensive knowledge and gave so much helpful advice about phones - computers and all the bits and bobs which crop up when you have large works done. Would highly recommend their work - exceptional quality.

Steve and his team completed a ground floor extension with a kitchen& toilet installation. From the beginning Steve and his team kept me informed of what was happening, facilitated the build around myself and my dog!, clearing up each day leaving it tidy and ensuring access to vital areas.
When any issues arose, options/solutions were offered and advice given where necessary. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the team were polite,engaging and courteous, . This was my first experience of dealing with a building project and I am happy to say Steve made it a pleasant experience. I have heard plenty of horror stories from other people. The final result is of a high standard and I am very pleased with the oit come.

Origin completed a major renovation of our 4 bedroom detached home in Wandsworth. The project took a year or so to complete involving a new extension and a new patio. Steve Weare is very helpful and always looks to find a solution where a problem arises while at the same time complying to building regulations. His team were always friendly and hard working. I would recommend them highty.

Steve and his team have just recently finished a rear extension, utility room, and patio at our home and both my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result and the levels of knowledge and professionalism displayed by Steve and the team. One of the major factors in choosing a contractor for this project was trust as I had to leave any one I appointed unattended in my home and around my young family, I felt confident that all was fine on the days I had to commute to work and leave them unattended. One of the best qualities of the team is the transparency, big project s like this there are always going to be issues that crop up but how they are handled is the differentiator these guys always seemed to have a proper solid solution to anything that cropped up not just a cello tape and chewing gum solution that gets hidden like some trades people tend to do, they even came up with ideas/solutions for things that were outside their scope helping my awful kitchen fitters (NOT ORIGIN) make a success of the kitchen install. They even managed to rectify school boy errors that previous contractors had made. My only regret is not finding Origin sooner. I could wax lyrical about Origin all day but will end on saying they will be my first port of call for all future building works for me.

Just completed a beautiful loft conversion in New Malden for us, Fantastic communication, excellent workmanship, polite and courteous, knowledgeable and experienced and fair pricing too. Had origin construction do my extensions the attention to detail was impressive Steve and his team are highly skilled in all work which was under taken I have dealt with many builders over my years and I have to say these are the best in the business you won’t go wrong using these guys on your project.

We’ve used Steve and team once and are about to again. The first time was on a project littered with angry neighbours, difficult councils and the build itself was very problematic. Steve was brilliant throughout. Gave us a very detailed quote at the start which was stuck to, as was the schedule of works. My wife was pregnant at the time and his team were very respectful of her and worked incredibly hard to bring the project to a successful conclusion. Looking forward to working with them again and very highly recommend.

Origin Construction carried out excellent work for us in renovating our home, replacing bay windows, sanding and restoring wooden floors and building a beautiful porch. This work significantly enhanced the look of our home.
When it comes to construction, Steve knows his stuff and is extremely professional , ensuring sites are tidy each day and everything is fully explained.
His quotes are detailed right from the outset so there are no suprises and he is honest and trustworthy.

We are thrilled with our new extension delivered with meticulous detail and professionalism by Steve and his team. In my opinion it would be difficult to find a better builder. His team were always on time, polite and courteous, dedicated and phenomenally knowledgable. Every night they tidied and cleaned up without prompting plus nothing was ever too much trouble. Origin Construction completed the design and build of our single storey extension, ground floor refurbishment and kitchen installation. Overall they provided an excellent service. Steve at origin was very easy to deal with unlike other builders I have dealt with his attention to detail was spot on we had a new kitchen and new bathroom and the whole down stairs refurbished which as totally transformed my property the work man were polite tidy and we was kept informed throughout the whole process I am extremely pleased with the finished results and would not hesitate in recommending origan construction to any one looking for this type of work thanks again for all your hard work and a great job.

Steve and his team carried out our plan for a rear extension brilliantly and kept us informed at all times of the progress. From the first time we met steve we found him to be extremely polite, honest with a great attention to detail. He was always on hand to give his own ideas when we needed as well as help with the admin before the works begun with the council etc. Steve's team were very friendly and always tidied up the area of works at the end of each day and took care of everything onsite, and even ensured our neighbours were not disturbed with the works. Would highly recommend!
