Friendly and professional. Joe and Sarah did a great job with selling our house and buying our new house. They kept us well informed, especially towards the end and really kept the chain together.

Having had negative experience with another local estate agents whom I worked with for several years, I got in touch with the Personal Agent to let out a one-bed flat and within a couple of days we had two offers! A big 'Thank You' to Joe who dealt with all our communications with the prospective tenants. Although we did experience a couple of issues, he made sure they were rectified promptly! Their fee structure is also transparent without hidden costs. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to other landlords!
