We originally purchased our house from The Personal Agent and needed to get a valuation 18 months after purchase. Richard organised a convenient time to come around and went over and above to give us lots of valuable information, advice and tips in addition to the current market valuation. It really was Personal Agent by name and nature as Richard and the team always seem to go beyond the call of duty with their customer service and excellence. Highly recommended in comparison to all the other high street agents!!
