Having had negative experience with another local estate agents whom I worked with for several years, I got in touch with the Personal Agent to let out a one-bed flat and within a couple of days we had two offers! A big 'Thank You' to Joe who dealt with all our communications with the prospective tenants. Although we did experience a couple of issues, he made sure they were rectified promptly! Their fee structure is also transparent without hidden costs. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to other landlords!

We were very disappointed the way we were treated,
At a time I got tired of looking for a house through letting agents.
The opportunity came for me to meet , The personal Agent , from the handshake I felt something different

Having bought our house originally from the personal agent I would highly recommend them. The lettings and management team have been excellent from the off and a big thank you to Joe Frost, Tom Day and Michelle Hobbs for all your great work. Always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very helpful no matter who answers the phone in the office.

I have been with the Personal Agent for more than two years now and they have been fantastic from the start! Communication is excellent and the staff are always so professional and helpful, especially Michelle, who has been a constant support. I am so glad I chose this company to Let my property whilst I work abroad. When there has been a change of tenant, they have re-advertised and Let the property immediately and the transition from one tenant to another has been dealt with smoothly. I didn't like lettings Agencies to much, because bad experience in the pass, until I came across this guys. Had a great experience and the process was smooth and easy. Tom Day was a great help and he met our request of moving in then a week.

We purchased our first home with The Personal Agent and had a great experience. Sue immediately thought of us when the house came onto the market which led to us buying our dream home. During our house search everyone has been pleasant to deal with (Epsom, Ewell and Stoneleigh branches) and accommodating with visits on busy days. We originally purchased our house from The Personal Agent and needed to get a valuation 18 months after purchase. Richard organised a convenient time to come around and went over and above to give us lots of valuable information, advice and tips in addition to the current market valuation. It really was Personal Agent by name and nature as Richard and the team always seem to go beyond the call of duty with their customer service and excellence.
