We have now moved into our home in which we purchased through the personal agent. And sold our property through too!
From the start the personal agent we’re always very good, fair and efficient.
The photos and videos of our house we sold with them were very good standard and made our house look great!
We also had a log in so we could see the different stages of our sale and purchase. When a stage was completely it would be ticked off.
The sale of our property happened within 1 day of viewings! Which for us was ideal with having 3 young children!
And for the purchase of our new home only took 2 months from putting the bid in, to completing !

We got the keys today to our new home and we can't recommend the Personal Agent highly enough. We felt we got to know staff really well throughout our buying journey - Morgan and Adam were super helpful finding properties that 'ticked the boxes' for our criteria, always knowledgeable with our questions, and really supportive through the ups and downs of finding a place to buy. Really felt that it was a team effort in helping us find a home! Sarah was a superstar when it came to sales progression, preserving my sanity on many an occasion! Adam from the sales team organized the open day, ran the viewings and the subsequent bidding process very efficiently, and provided good advice for us regarding the bids and the buyers, which we took on board when deciding which offer to accept. Adam then followed up during the conveyancing process until exchange/completion. We were very happy with the price we achieved, with the buyer the Personal Agent found for us to take over our former home, and with our choice to go for the Personal Agent. Well done guys!

Paul shone through on 'exchange' day when things started looking a bit wobbly due to various reasons at the top of the chain, but all worked out well in the end.
