We bought and sold through Personal Agent and the service has been exceptional. Whilst looking for a house to purchase, we came across a number of agents and Personal Agent were by far the best in terms of speed of response, notifying us of new houses on the market and being friendly and approachable on viewings. Our property sold very quickly and I think that this was also due to the quality of the photos taken by Personal Agent and the range of advertising undertaken.

Moving house is a daunting prospect and how do you choose an agent from the bewildering array that are available? That was my question but from the moment I met Chris and his team in The Personal Agent I knew I had made the right choice. They could not have been more helpful and supportive but without being pushy or intrusive. They were always available, always courteous and friendly and 'did the job' efficiently. Our transaction was a particularly long one and complex but they were with us all the way - they listened to us, advised and helped us enormously. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us moved. We really did receive a personal service. I would only recommend one estate agent out there and that is Personal Agent. Don't go anywhere else!

The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting.
