Having used the personal agent several times (to buy and sell my previous property and to view properties) I have always had a really positive and enjoyable experience.
Today I had a viewing with Sammy Voller and she was very nice and professional and spoke to the seller straight away, discussed my queries and promptly called me back.

We have just completed and moved down to Cornwall after a very stressful couple of months. The Personal Agent team at Banstead were able to sell our house the week after we put it up for sale with just 3 veiwings.They were absolutely brilliant in the way they were able to liase between all parties to ensure clear communication and kept us updated on the sale etc...As the sale was about to complete there where a few hiccups (solicitors not estate agent related) and Simon Tongue was actually more helpful and informative than solicitors acting on our behalf. We won't be moving again hopefully but if we did we would hope the estate agents would be as fantastic as The Personal Agent team.

Coming towards the end of our experience with the personal agent, can give nothing but 5 stars towards them and especially Sammy who has dealt with us. She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. I met Sally who was very professional and welcoming.
She made me feel relaxed and showed me around the property answering all my questions and I left with the feeling I was valued and that my questions and concerns were taken and answered with genuine thought not just an answer to make me happy even if the question may of had a negative answer.
She allowed me plenty of time even said I could if needed walk around on my own .
