It was lovely experience for viewing the property with Personal agent, as usual Personal agents have high quality presentation of information and including videos. No bluff or salesy approach. I was served by Sarah West, highly helpful in arranging the viewing, really insightfulness, very clear, and showed us around and took our requirements into consideration. Also, found her very pro-active in follow up etc.

To be frank, the journey of selling and purchasing a home can be incredibly stressful. I have just sold and purchased with The Personal Agent. I cannot fault the service I received from their team, especially that of Sarah West who was my sale negotiater. I had a tricky situation that needed calm, constant communication, professionalism and a lot of reassurance, which is exactly what I received. Throughout my journey with the team, it was clear that my best interests and success of completing my transactions were at the heart of their service. Going beyond their line of duty and taking the weight off my shoulders was continual throughout my transaction. Receiving a service that doesn't feel like it's all about the monetary reward is a rarity but something I definitely felt working with The Personal Agent. I cannot recommend this Estate Agency enough. I am incredibly grateful for their support and expertise and should I ever need a service like this again, I would not consider any other provider.
