Ashley center is lovely. It's just a pitty about the Costa there. It is so dirty and tables don't get cleaned. We had to clean our own table while staff sit and chat. The walls are so dirty as well. Definitely not looked after !!!

Visited ArtHouse Galleries in The Ashley Centre today, easy parking and great facilities in the Centre. Friendly artist selling quality creations. Hunkydory Designs particularly caught my eye; Butterflies and beautiful coffee tables. I needed a neckless for my wife so problem solved.

This place is a popular walk through with everyone on foot or in a wheelchair, as the only Centre in town, it is busy with people milling around. It has a bank, two supermarks and other middle range shops to satisfy all wallets. However, you may not not find what you are looking far as your favourite shop may not be in there, check before you go. Update: it is livelier nowadays new shops to visit. Enjoy.
