Has a Waitrose, M&S (food and clothing) sports shops, high street fashion, and some independent shops. Sadly, House of Fraser is no longer there. Clean with good loos and access to the Epsom market and numerous high street shops and restaurants.

Things are looking up, we now have ProCook, what a shop. Also getting someone's Boners too, apparently the ladies love this outlet.

Wonderful shopping centre. Has everything you need from Oliver Bonas to M&S and Waitrose! All the food places are great and as a regular customer there, everyone who works in the centre are lovely too. Only issue is, I never seem to leave the place empty handed...

This is Epsom Playhouse. It's a lovely little place to see great shows. Staff are very friendly and you can get alcohol here.

The Ashley Centre has recently been renovated (2024) and it’s very nice now so it’s attracting some decent shops like Oliver Bonas. House of Fraser closed years ago and they’ve been rebuilding the three storey store into a Primark for absolutely ages now; if they ever finish it will make a difference as that’s the cornerstone store of the shopping by centre.
