Well what I can I say, I’ve been working with The Amber Group for 3 years and there isn’t a problem to big or to small that they can’t handle.
The office staff and the workmen are extremely professional, always greeted with politeness, clear communication and cheery disposition.
The work is carried out to your schedule and done swiftly to the highest standard all the while being given status and photographic updates sent to you via WhatsApp on the progress of the job.
I’ve had plumbing, painting, decorating, chandelier installment, bathroom installment, emergency leaks stopped, window shutters and skirtings replaced.
More importantly you can TURST this company. They are like a family. They understand the work and respect your property. They prep, they work and clean up as they exit.
I have busy work life and I was able to drop a set of keys with them and they would go back into the property and check up on if needed.
Can’t thank the whole Amber Group team enough. Highly recommended.

The Amber Group provided both a plumber for my business and a gas electrician for my home over the last week. They were prompt and professional with good communication throughout.

We’re a small business and had an ongoing plumbing issue that had been looked at by three different plumbers. Each time it seemed partially resolved, but the problem kept coming back and gradually got worse.
At that point we were worried it was going to turn into a big, expensive job, and that getting someone out would mean waiting a week or more. Amber Plumbing are very local to us, so we gave them a call and we’re extremely glad we did.
Leanne was helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She understood exactly what we needed, how urgent it was, and had someone scheduled to come between 8am and 10am the very next morning. We arrived at the studio just before 8am and Andy was already there waiting for us.
Andy immediately understood the issue and had the job completed within an hour. I was genuinely amazed. Having looked at what was involved myself, I can only describe him as a miracle worker.
We’re completely confident the issue is now properly resolved, and the relief is huge after this being a long-running source of stress. The service was professional, well priced, and incredibly efficient from start to finish.

The Amber Group were great when we needed our boiler fixed and have always been super reliable whenever we've called them out. They're a really nice team so would recommend them to anyone who needs heating, plumbing, electrical or drainage sorted. They're in Epsom but I know they cover a wide area into London too. I contacted the Amber Group after having trouble finding a plumber to investigate a leak behind our toilet. They were able to help and arranged for a plumber to visit the next day. The leak was quickly repaired and Perry made a very neat job of replacing the panels and resealing the toilet unit. He also made a note of some work we need doing in the upstairs bathroom and arranged for a quotation to be sent to me. Very good service and I will use Amber again.

Fantastic service. I called at 9:30am because my elderly mum’s boiler had stopped working and she had no heating or hot water — on the coldest day of the year so far. Leanne was like a knight in shining armour! She arranged for an engineer to come out by 12pm the very same day. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and professional, and quickly fixed the problem. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Thank you!

Have used various services of the Amber Group since purchasing my Westminster apartment which needed updating. They have delivered an excellent service over the years in plumbing, electrical, remodeling bathrooms and kitchen. They worked very well with my architect as we saw through various renovations.

A big thanks to Paul and his young apprentice for the work they did installing a new water pump. They were knowledgable and professional, and were happy to accomodate extra requests (putting up a bathroom mirror and fixing a loose toilet seat).
